Chicken Lasagna is a classic Pakistani dish that combines the rich and hearty flavors of Italian cuisine with a desi twist. Ingredients:
> 12-15 lasagna noodles
> 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
> 2 cups tomato sauce
> 2 cups white sauce
> 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
> 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

> 2 garlic cloves, minced
> 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2: Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: To make the white sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and blend thoroughly. Slowly add the milk while stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming. The sauce needs to cook for a few minutes to thicken. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.
